Waida pursued her legal education at Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah, where she graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Law in 2021. Following her academic achievements, she completed her legal pupillage at Cheng Leng & Partners, Seremban, under the mentorship of Ms. Maria Cheng, and she was officially admitted to the bar in April 2023.
Her primary area of expertise lies in handling conveyancing matters, particularly those related to developers’ projects and sub-sale transactions. In this capacity, she manages the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentation. In addition to her conveyancing work, Waida also deals with cases concerning estate administration, which includes the distribution of small estates and probate matters. Furthermore, she has experience in handling family-related issues, with a particular focus on divorce cases.
