Ms. Liew Shin Yi, Estelle

Estelle obtained her LLB (Hons) from Multimedia University, Malacca in 2022. She completed her legal pupillage at Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners, Petaling Jaya branch, under the supervision and guidance of Mr. William Chong and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2023. She has since joined the firm as a Legal Associate. 

Her primary area of expertise lies in handling conveyancing matters covering property acquisition and disposals for developer’s  projects and sub-sale transactions, transmission and transfer of properties, tenancy agreements, replacement of lost titles, property conversion from leasehold to freehold. In addition, she also deals with cases concerning estate planning such as drafting Will, estate administration including application for small estate distribution, Grant of Probate and Grant of Letters of Administration, family-related issues primarily on divorce cases, non-contentious litigation matters for recovery of debt and execution proceedings such as bankruptcy proceeding and recovery of possession.
