Ms. Izzah Farzana Binti Nor Afandi

Izzah advises on matters relating to family law, real estate practice, property, tenancies and wills. She covers a variety of conveyancing and non-contentious matters spanning sale and purchase of property, small estate applications, probate, administration proceedings and other general conveyancing practices. She also specializes in assisting clients in family matters related to divorce. 

Izzah obtained her LLB (Hons) from UiTM, Shah Alam in 2021. She completed her legal pupillage under the supervision and guidance of Ms Maria Cheng Swee Kee of Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2023 and joined Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners as a Legal Associate in January 2023.
