Ms. Amirah Izzah Binti Mohd Ramlan

Amirah completed her Bachelor of Law at Multimedia University in 2017. Following that, she underwent her pupillage at Cheng Leng & Partners, mentored by Ms. Maria Cheng Swee Kee, and was admitted to the bar in September 2018. Since then, she has been a dedicated Legal Associate at Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners, continuously providing prompt and satisfactory legal services to her clients.

Amirah’s responsibilities encompass a wide range of corporate and conveyancing documentation related to real estate, involving developers, companies, individuals, and financial institutions. She is actively engaged in conveyancing transactions, handling property acquisitions and disposals for both sub-sale and developer-related matters. In addition to real estate, Amirah offers legal advice in non-contentious areas such as family and matrimonial matters, wills, trusts, probate, and letter of administration proceedings.
