Ms. Soh Ke Ying

Ke Ying regularly advises on a variety of non-contentious real estate matters, including developers’ project conveyancing acquisitions and disposals under secondary market, landlord and tenant-related matters, property financing and various commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.

Ke Ying obtained her LLB (Hons) from Aberystwyth University – Wales, United Kingdom in the year 2018 and Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in the year 2021. She completed her legal pupillage under the supervision and guidance of Messrs. Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2023. She joined Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners as a Legal Associate in January 2023.
