Sin Yee regularly advises on a variety of non-contentious real estate matters, including developers’ project conveyancing and various commercial, employment, contractual and regulatory matters. 

Sin Yee obtained her LLB (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University in the year 2016 and Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in the year 2018. She completed her legal pupillage under the supervision and guidance of Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2020. She joined Messrs. Cheng Leng & Partners as a Legal Associate in March 2020.
